"Human Capital"

Human Capital and its role in luxury hospitality was the theme of the annual General Assembly held in the amazing city of Venice from 12 to 14 April 2024.

The hotel hosting the event has been the historical Excelsior Venice Lido Resort where contemporary luxuries sit harmoniously alongside lovingly preserved splendour.
Water: this is the key element that characterises the Excelsior: a Moorish-style luxury resort surprisingly built in the early 20th century on the beach, in Venice, between the sea and the lagoon. Not far from Piazza San Marco – which can be reached in a leisurely 15-minute boat ride, thanks to a free shuttle service – the Excelsior Venice Lido Resort is an oasis of light, peace and immense unique and unforgettable views.

The year 2024 is the 50th anniversary of the association and the programme that the Venetian Committee has put together with the best of Italian hospitality…. was impressive!
