The Young EHMA Project finalized by the Management Council is the result of the Association’s need and desire to open up to the younger generation and to aspiring future leaders in the Hospitality sector.

The Young EHMA Group is made up of deserving young hoteliers presented by EHMA members in the various delegations who are offered the opportunity to participate in the annual General Meeting. The participation fee is paid by the Hotel(s) as an incentive, a sign of appreciation towards their “best employee of the year”. The Group is invited to join a parallel Educational program on Friday afternoon (concurrent with the AGM) organized by Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne.
